The 750 front speakers incorporate MK Phase-Focused crossover design for ideal driver response and dispersion characteristics. Flat on-axis and off-axis response is achieved by careful analysis of the speaker’s response in both the time and frequency domains at various angles in both the vertical and horizontal planes. Dual mid-bass drivers double power handling and double efficiency compared to a single unit, resulting in a four-fold gain in terms of possible dynamic range.

Even when extreme volume levels aren’t required, the enhanced dynamic range and efficiency of the 750THX system ensure reduced dynamic compression even at moderate to high listening levels.

The high-performance soft-dome high-frequency driver mounted at a 4.7° angle combines with the stylish, high tech curved metal mesh grille and Phase-Focused crossover to form the MK High Frequency Prism System. The system provides optimum imaging on-axis and off-axis by shaping a very smooth and extended flat high-frequency response over a very wide listening area.

Based on the same components and technologies as the LCR 750THX, the Center 750THX is configured horizontally for flexibility of placement. The system’s three front speakers are acoustically identical for a cohesive soundfield and seamless transitions as sound moves across the front. Effortlessly clear, intelligible dialogue, music and effects allow you to sit back and enjoy the ride.

Same size and shape as the 750-LCR, but configured for horizontal placement. Can also be used vertically with 750-LCRs.

Now multichannel audio enthusiasts can enjoy MK Sound Tripole® technology in an even more practical size. This breakthrough design shares all of the technologies and is timbre matched to the rest of the 750THX system.

Featuring two 3” paper mid-tweeters on each side of the speaker oriented in dipole fashion, the dipole configuration emits diffuse sound throughout the room. Combined with the front-mounted 1” soft-dome tweeter and 5.25” polypropylene midwoofer direct radiating configuration (the same drivers as in the LCR-750 and Center 750), the Tripole design provides even distribution of sound throughout the listening area with pinpoint accuracy and an enveloping soundfield, allowing listeners to experience superior imaging and surround quality.

The SB-1250 THX Select

The all-discrete amplifier design has exceptional sonic quality and a conservative power rating of 250 watts continuous output.

To facilitate easy connection and ideal system integration, the SB-1250 has inputs and outputs for line-level phono and speaker level signals. Separate controls allow you to set bass level and upper roll-off frequency between 40 – 200 Hz, with a bypass for using the filter in a home theater receiver.

For optimum room integration and precise fine-tuning of the critical transition between the subwoofer and the main speakers, the phase control is continuously variable between 0 and 180º. The SB-1250 handles the crucial bottom octaves with sublime balance, power and impact.

The SB-1250 is a powered subwoofer that uses a special high-performance 12” Super Fast Deep Bass™ long-throw, coated pulp cone, magnetically shielded driver in a sealed Deep Bass enclosure design which delivers enhanced low frequency extension down to 20 Hz.

A continuously variable phase adjustment from 0-180 degrees allows for perfect integration of the subwoofer with any speaker system and listening room. Speaker level and line level connections are included for maximum set-up flexibility. An automatic On/Standby switching circuit activates the amplifier when a signal is detected and turns it off after a period with no signal. The all-discrete 250 Watt power amplifier circuit features exceptional deep bass power and sonics.
